🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Define and execute technical programs from conception to launch.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align diverse stakeholders—Engineering, Product, Design, BizOps, Legal, Data Science.

• Tool & Metrics Management: Optimize use of JIRA, Slack, PagerDuty, Zendesk; establish KPIs and dashboards .

• Strategic Planning: Develop execution plans, anticipate issues, manage risks, and communicate status to leaders.

• Process Innovation: Build or refine workflows that enable seamless execution at scale.

• Vendor Management: Oversee third-party tool integrations and performance (especially in Trust & Safety).

📝 Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Technical Program Management, Product, Engineering, Analytics, or Systems roles.

• Education: BS in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience .

• Technical Skills: Proficient with SQL, data visualization; scripting experience (Python, Java, etc.) preferred.

• Tooling Expertise: Advanced JIRA administration; experience optimizing enterprise tool stacks.

• Leadership Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, metrics-driven mindset, and ability to lead through ambiguity.

• Operational Readiness: Ability to be on-call for escalations and support production issues (Trust & Safety) .
